Our stainless steel milk canisters are manufactured using precise production processes and in compliance with all relevant food technology standards. We only use austenitic stainless steels, such as V2A (1.4301) or V4A (1.4404) for higher requirements, which guarantee high corrosion resistance to milk components, cleaning chemicals and changing temperatures. Thanks to this choice of material, our stainless steel milk canisters are ideal for long-term use in dairies and retain their dimensional stability and hygienic properties even under intensive use.

A decisive advantage lies in the processing in accordance with international standards, in particular DIN EN 10088 for stainless steels and the relevant EU regulations for food contact materials (Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 and Regulation (EC) 2023/2006). Ground, electrolytically polished surfaces with a low roughness (Ra ≤ 0.8 µm) minimize the adhesion of product residues and facilitate cleaning. This is essential for meeting the high hygiene requirements in milk processing.

Our production uses modern welding techniques such as TIG welding to achieve a permanently tight and hygienic connection without gaps or pores. All weld seams are inspected and post-treated to ensure a flawless surface that can withstand CIP and SIP cleaning procedures.
